Congratulations to Liam Carey on becoming the first National Gold medalist for the club at this years National 
Championships in Sheffield, when he powered his way home in the 13 year-old boys 2k Open Water Championships at Rother Valley near Sheffield.
Liam came home 49 seconds ahead of his nearest rival in his first National Championships, finishing the 2k distance in a fantastic time of 26 minutes and 3 seconds.
