Session 1 – Friday 6^th May 2016                 17:30 warm up – 18:00 start

Session 2 – Saturday 7^th May 2016            08:00 warm up – 09:00 start

Session 3 – Saturday 7^th May 2016            13:30 warm up – 14:30 start

Session 4 – Sunday 8^th May 2016               08:00 warm up – 09:00 start

Session 5 – Sunday 8^th May 2016               13:30 warm up – 14:30 start

Withdrawals;

Coaches/Team Managers or swimmers must notify the recorders of any swimmers withdrawing from an event before the warm-up for the session in which the event is due to be swum.  Details of any withdrawals can be text to 07580 173007
