Congratulations to all the swimmers who represented Wigan BEST in the division 1 final last night at Everton Park Sports Centre. A fantastic performance by everyone taking us through as Division 1 champions and promotion to the premier league for 2018, winning the event with 257 points 72 points clear of our nearest rivals.
This was a great team performance by everyone which means we have earned back to back promotion since joining the minor league in 2014.
On behalf of the club a massive thank you to Chris Suggitt who has led our charge to the premier division. Also to all our parents who have offered their support and help in taking on the various roles that is expected of clubs during each of the 3 rounds.
Once again well done a well deserved result.
