The curtain fell on Sunday to bring to an end the final weekend of the 2023 County Championship which culminated in Wigan Best being awarded Top Age Group Club for a third successive year. A great achievement which is a testament to how hard everyone in the borough has worked, from swimmers, parents, families, community clubs, coaches and the huge help from Wigan Council.
Well done to ALL the 84 swimmers who competed across the three weekends with the club collecting the following medals:-

1 Junior Gold

5 Senior Bronze
Thanks again to Jen,Jo,Mel and James for their help on poolside especially Mel for her bacon butties as well as Ang, Anneliese,Alex,Chrissy,Lauren and Bev for their help officiating.
