Wigan BEST are delighted to confirm the return of our summer Level 3 gala over the weekend of 21st & 22nd June 2025.
Events Include: 50m, 100m, 200m on all strokes, 100m, 200m and 400m individual medley (11/ov), 400m freestyle (11/ov) as well as for the first time a skins event to be held at the end of each morning session.

Age: As the last day of the competition, Sunday 22nd June 2025.

Please note swimmers and spectators will not be able to access the Wigan Life Centre before 7:45am on either the Saturday or Sunday.
Officials
If you are a qualified official please can you register your availability on officials finder using the following link. We will need qualified J1 and J2 officials for all sessions.
Spectator Entry
Entry for spectators will be £5 per person, per session and will be payable on the day by cash or card.
Photography
Photography will be provided by KPW photography with pictures of the event available at www.kpw.org.uk. To express interest and maximise the chance of your swimmers photograph being captured at the gala please click the following link which will take you to the online form.
If you would like to withdraw consent for your swimmer to be photographed during the weekend, please email wbfuturestars@gmail.com with your swimmers name and club so this information can be passed to our photographer.
Car Parking
Parking around the pool can be tricky at times! If you follow this link you will find a map of the surrounding area of the pool. Car parks A and B are the closest but are both chargeable 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Both Car parks C and D are free of charge to use over the weekend (Sat & Sun). There are a limited amount of disabled spots round the pool as well, these can be found on both Hewlett Street and Library Street.
