With only 2 months separating the time trials the coaches were not expecting much in the way of improvement. How wrong where we? again all swimmers excelled themselves with some fantastic improvements all through the groups, which again has shown that the squad is progressing the right direction. Congratulations to all swimmers on a job well done!
From this month we have separated the Age Group Performance from the Junior Development and Age Group Development, as the group competes over the longer 400m medley, and the Trial is used as monitor of the swimmers development.
