Swimmers test set results will be published
National Group 2 * 200 1st Choice Kick Set
This set will be carried out on a regular basis and will measure the swimmers kick development aiming to achieve an average time under 3min.
The set will be carried by the swimmers doing 2 * 200 1st Choice with 100 swim recovery between each of the 200’s. The results show the swimmers average over the 2 and the aim is to have a best average with both 200 being completed even.
