Congratulations to Alice Fitton who has been competing in Hungary in the Pentathlon World Championships, after superb 2:09 in the 200m swim she led the field and held the lead until the shoot where her target malfunctioned costing her 90 seconds meant she finished a brilliant 9th place.
In the Team event Alice led Team GB to GOLD medal position, with the best fence and swim. This is a fantastic feat for Alice who continues to represent Wigan BEST at this elite level.
